It was important to the Cambium team to find an agency with strong knowledge of the local market. Much of the content is available internationally in English and needs to be localized.
They were looking for a partner who could reliably advise and support the company in increasing its local market awareness. In addition, they wanted to increase their reach and visibility and directly target new audiences.

“We are very pleased with how proactive the agency is and how it doesn’t always wait for instructions from us. The team knows what needs to be done and actually does it – that’s very, very important to me. The partnership with Cambium Networks has lasted seven years (since 2018). Tabatha von Kölichen, Sales Manager at Cambium Networks for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, and Israel, has been working with the agency since 2011. Initially, the collaboration focused solely on PR activities, but it now encompasses a diverse marketing mix.
Amid the stresses of day-to-day work, our agency actively supported the German team at Cambium Networks – just like an in-house marketing department. We maintained close communication with Cambium, ensuring that individual initiatives could be launched immediately. We also responded flexibly to last-minute requests and implemented the necessary tasks quickly. This included, among other things, coordinating with the German and international teams, partners, and editors. The foundation for this close collaboration was expert advice as well as open and honest feedback.
“They handle not only public relations but also the creation of flyers, data sheets, brochures, customer case studies, translations, social media, and even promotional videos.”
– Tabatha von Kölichen
Marketing is teamwork
Regular update meetings were held between Cambium and our marketing team. In addition, all current initiatives were summarized and developments were presented in the monthly reports. This allowed the Cambium team to see the progress at a glance, and we were able to identify further steps to take.
We advised and supported Cambium Networks in the creation of a wide range of marketing assets for various channels. Among other things, we handled the planning, filming, editing, and distribution of case study videos and managed the projects from the initial concept through to publication.
A key component of our collaboration was the development of Cambium Networks’ German-language website. We translated and localized the relevant content, working closely with Cambium’s web developers throughout the process. Following the successful launch, we took over the ongoing updates as well as the continuous expansion and development of additional pages.
Ongoing communication and targeted marketing yielded measurable results. Among other things, registration numbers for technical webinars increased, while social media channels and communities grew steadily. Regular coverage in trade publications and nominations in reader polls further underscored that Cambium Networks had successfully established itself as a provider and expert in the market.
