Previously, the ETS Group (formerly known as ENDEGS) had contracted individual service providers for its various business-to-business marketing activities. This required a significant amount of time from the company’s managers for individual coordination and regular training. For this reason, the company sought a marketing partner that could provide all B2B marketing services from a single source.

Market visibility through a clear marketing strategy
Our initial workshop focused on an in-depth introduction to the client’s subject matter. For the ETS Group company – ETS Degassing – we worked together to identify relevant communication channels and define initial steps as well as general processes.
While ETS provided existing input, our agency team began conducting initial analyses to use them as an ongoing basis for further activities. Within a few days, we were able to populate the relevant channels with initial content. In addition to social media, this included, for example, the website and outreach to various media outlets.
In our day-to-day work, the decision-makers at ETS provide us with their input and information, and we handle all subsequent steps, including, for example, coordinating with booth builders and editors.
In regular update meetings, we evaluate previous actions, discuss new ideas together, and determine the next steps.
Specific tools are used for each individual activity. Over time, for example, it has become clear that using a shared project management tool is effective for optimizing work processes and presenting them transparently.
We provide ETS with ongoing advice and support in creating relevant marketing assets for various channels – from social media posts and trade press articles to the creative design of advertisements, trade show booths, and other communication materials. Targeted market and competitive analyses lay the foundation for well-informed decisions and tailored strategies.
Over the course of our collaboration, LinkedIn was identified as a key B2B channel, and the community has been continuously expanded through targeted campaigns. Media collaborations and partnerships with industry associations further increase our reach among relevant target audiences. At the same time, ETS specialists are strategically positioned as experts, and their professional expertise is highlighted.
A key focus is on opening up new international markets for ETS Group and ETS Degassing. Through a coordinated marketing mix, specialized tools, and participation in international trade conferences and trade shows, ETS is strengthening its network of customers and partners. Monthly reports provide transparency regarding developments and milestones, enabling the company to continuously evaluate and make targeted adjustments to its current course.
“It was important to us to have a comprehensive solution for our marketing mix. This includes trade shows, public relations, our social media presence, our website – including maintenance – as well as its ongoing development, and, above all, regular communication with the market and our customers.”
