Where does ENDEGS stand and where should the journey take us? These questions were the focus of the initial workshop. After an intensive briefing on the client’s topic, relevant communication channels were jointly identified and initial steps and general processes were defined.

While ENDEGS provided existing input, the team began with the initial analyses in order to use these as a basis for further activities on an ongoing basis. Within just a few days, the relevant channels could be populated with initial content. In addition to social media, this also included the website and contact with various media.

Once the client has submitted their input and information, the agency takes care of all further steps, such as dealing with stand builders and editors.

In regular update meetings, previous measures are evaluated, new ideas are discussed and the next to-dos are defined.
Specific tools are used as part of the individual activities. Over time, for example, it has become clear that the use of a joint project management tool is suitable for optimizing work processes and presenting them transparently.
